Hello owners!I would like to remind owners that all reservations and unit/week deposit requests need to be in writing and can be submitted one of three ways.All reservation requests should include your name, address, and best daytime telephone number along with your requested dates.

All emails will be acknowledged within 1 business day of receiving the email.If your email has not been acknowledged, please follow up with a phone call to be sure it has been received. 386 677 2331
BONUS TIME
Bonus Time is a treat offered to our owners & their immediate family members only.Please remember these simple but important steps when booking your Bonus Time.
1. BONUS TIME can be booked no earlier than 14 days prior to travel date.
2.A Credit Card deposit is required
3.Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

Parking Notes:
Vehicles must display the Plantation Island Parking permit while parked on the property.
Over flow parking is available across the street and will also require a Parking Permit to be displayed.Each lot has its own color parking permits.
Day visitors always park in the off-site lot.

If you cannot travel to Plantation Island in 2010, you can deposit your 2010 unit/week with New Horizons Exchange.We are still accepting 2009 deposits!
It's easy! You can download the deposit form directly from their website, www.travelNHE.com or you can simply send a fax 386 236 1089 or an email to Deposit email stating:
'Please deposit my 2010(unit size) unit from Plantation Island Resort with New Horizons Exchange.'
Be sure to include your name(s), address and phone number and the unit/week # from your maintenance fee bill.NHE will respond to your email within 24 hours- so please call 800 332 1027 if you do not receive a reply to your email.NHE will forward the necessary paperwork to Jennifer at Plantation Island for verification.Once verified, NHE will mail to you a postcard advising you of the deposit status for your records.
Your deposit is not complete until you receive the confirmation postcard from NHE

As we cook up our 'chickensoup' recipe for a great resort experience, we know what it takes to make your stay at Plantation Island a happy one.The most important ingredient in our well practiced recipe is our family friendly and ever caring Employees.
Some owners may not realize this but many of our employees have been with us for over 10 years or more. Of course most of you probably already knew that.As much as you look forward to visiting our resort, we look forward to seeing you.We have watched your families grow in number and have proudly watched your children grow.In fact some of your children are now happy owners.Our employees have gotten to know you all so well, that not only do we consider our employees family members, we know many of you consider our staff extended members of your own families.We can tell you with-out hesitation, these feelings are mutual!!!

Our Front Desk and Reservation staff is here to greet you upon arrival.This team is lead by Jennifer Hardy who started with us in 2000 and includes, Vicki Gordon with 4 years of service, Lorinda Desilets with 2 years of service, and Ashley Renshaw who just completed her first year with us.They are always ready to help you.Total years:16
Our Housekeeping Staff's fearless leader is Martha Doak, Martha has worked for Plantation Island for many years- It was with great enthusiasm that Martha was welcomed back in 2006. Martha manages a staff of 8 full-time employees;Aida Diaz has the distinction of 13 lucky years with Plantation Island, Nell Cornes, Lisa Hill and Mary Urban all have been with us for 2 years, Marcia Higgins has completed her first year and we are proud to introduce Terri Odom, who started just a few months agoTotal years:23 and 6 months.
Our Administrative department includes Sandi McGinnis with 11 years of service and Sheri Lekan with 3 years of service. If you have any questions regarding your timeshare account, just call them.Total Years:14
Your security is our concern.The security staff includes Jeff Gaines with 5 years of loyal service and Kevin Kill with 1 year of service.Call on this department whenever you need them!!
To make sure your vacation is complete-we have our full service Activities Department.Not only will Robin keep you busy and your tummy full, she has tons of great local knowledge of restaurants, events, and ideas for what to do-family and adult entertainment.We have been lucky to have had Robin with us for over 2 years.When you are craving ice cream or have that need for fresh ideas, simply call Robin in the Activities Department.
Unfortunately we all know too well that sometimes, 'things break' as any child will tell you, 'nobody touched it, it just happened'.You are on vacation let our Maintenance Department fix whatever might not work in your unit. Tommy Barbour with 10 devoted years leads his department of 6 full time employees-Gus Cintron and Darryl Steele both with 11 years of service, Jeanne Lutz has been with us for 2 years, Dan Burthas 1 year of service and our newest bundle of joy is Donnie Williams.Simply call upon our unsung heroes anytime assistance. Total experience years: 36 and 4 weeks
