It's easy, you can download the deposit form directly from their website,www.travelNHE.comor you can simply send a fax 386 236 1089 or an emaildeposit@travelNHE.com stating :

'Please deposit my 2008 (unit size) unit from Plantation Island Resort with New Horizons Exchange.'

Be sure to include your name(s), address and phone number and the unit/week # from your maintenance fee bill.NHE will respond to your email within 24 hours- so please call 800 332 1027 if you do not hear back from NHE.NHE will forward the necessary paperwork to Jennifer at Plantation Island for verification.Once verified, NHE will mail to you a postcard advising you of the deposit status for your records.Your deposit is not complete until you receive the confirmation postcard from NHE
